As the CEO of Leverage Companies, David currently has over $60mm in assets under management and has taken over $100mm in small to mid cap multifamily projects full life cycle.

As founding member and partner of Brick City Capital, he has been a part of originating over $100mm in commercial financing annually, and he currently serves as an advisory board member and partner of The Da Silva Team, Newark's #1 real estate company. Prior to founding Leverage Companies, David worked for some of the largest Real Estate Private Equity companies in the country as a key member in acquiring and managing over $2 Billion AUM.

As a social media personality, David has accrued over 30,000,000 views on his content documenting his day to day in real estate investing and sales. As the founder and host of the Deals & Dollars media brand, he has given perspective and interviewed some of the top operators in the industry in order to bring valuable insight to investors across the country. In his spare time, David has founded Leverage Cares, a philanthropic company focused on bringing financial literacy to the city of Newark.

David graduated Cum Laude from Rutgers Business School with a degree in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate, where he now currently serves as a Professor teaching Real Estate Finance.
