As Managing Partner of Brick City Capital, David has helped facilitate over $500,000,000 in funding in its first two years of business. After starting the TLC Opportunity Debt Fund I, David has helped raise over $15,000,000 in investor capital and is currently on track to fund over $600,000,000 in loan volume annually.

As Managing Partner of Leverage Holdings, David currently manages +250 units and $60,000,000 of AUM in multifamily apartments across New Jersey and New York state. The company is on track to manage +2,500 units by the year 2028.

As the founder of Leverage Media, David has become an international phenomenon in the real estate education space. Accruing over 125,000,000 views and 700,000 followers across social media, David has been a tastemaker and trend setter in the world of reality content creation. After founding his Deals & Dollars Academy, he has offered mentorship and real estate knowledge to thousands of fans and students.

Aside from his work with Leverage Companies, David is an Adjunct Professor of Real Estate Finance at the Rutgers Business School in Newark, NJ. He is honored to be teaching at his alma mater, where he graduated Cum Laude in 2019 with a degree in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate.
